Mascot Uzor Kalu was born in Aba in February 1978, I have an amazing history of personal, educational, social, and political success. I am a graduate of the University of South Carolina, where I studied Economics and Finance. I also have an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Spartanburg Methodist College.

I am a former Certified Financial Planner, also a former registered Life & Health Insurance License holder, Series 6, 7 & 63, USA Security Exchange Commission and New York Stock Exchange and Chicago Bond desk. My outstanding customer relations abilities, teamwork, interpersonal, quantitative, and diagnostic skills have landed me several positions of prestige, with numerous well-respected and established companies and organizations over the past twenty years.

A recipient of 2006 and 2007 USA Democratic House caucus for North Carolina businessman., and 2007 Republican House caucus.
